📋 Description

• Analyse operational and service performance data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities • Develop reporting insights to support effective business decision-making • Lead and support improvement initiatives that simplify processes, improve efficiency and enhance customer outcomes • Work with operational leaders to understand challenges and identify practical solutions with measurable results • Monitor customer service performance, complaints, customer feedback and quality assurance outcomes • Support business change programmes by designing, testing, implementing and embedding new processes, controls and ways of working • Build relationships with operational teams, business leaders and central functions to drive collaboration and continuous improvement • Champion technology, automation and best practices to improve operational performance and service delivery • Report to the Operational Excellence Lead

🎯 Requirements

• Experience within an insurance broking environment; insurer backgrounds may be considered • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to use data and insight to support decision-making • Confidence engaging and influencing stakeholders across different levels of the business • Excellent communication skills • Ability to build credibility and trusted relationships • Organised and proactive approach • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes • Experience using Acturis is nice to have
