📋 Description

• Support the Divisional Director and drive performance to achieve operational excellence and agreed KPIs • Manage tactical and transactional service-delivery activities, Debt/WIP, P&L, statutory and contractual compliance, and people management • Leverage IT platforms and reporting to improve productivity, efficiency, and performance • Promote and ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures • Ensure statutory, mandatory, and routine inspections are completed according to the maintenance programme and KPIs • Maintain operational performance, service levels, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction across the region • Proactively manage health and safety and maintain a safety-driven culture • Build stakeholder relationships, resolve operational problems, and identify profitable business opportunities • Manage regional performance data and management information • Submit incident, operational, and financial management reports on time and in the agreed format • Ensure audits are completed and corrective feedback is acted upon • Lead energy and sustainability matters, including reporting, pain/gain management, and carbon-reduction plans • Oversee engineers’ Toolbox Talks and maintain technical support and infrastructure • Hold listening sessions and employee forums to improve engagement and resolve concerns • Provide contract and engineering support, including during tenders and bids • Lead teams through change, innovation, technology adoption, and best-practice sharing • Conduct one-to-one meetings and annual appraisals; coach direct reports • Manage team objectives, personal development plans, and succession plans • Manage regional P&L and commercial matters • Maintain the Integral brand and advise and support the Divisional Director

🎯 Requirements

• Educated to degree standard or minimum 5 years relevant experience • Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical engineering maintenance sector • Proven track record of managing performance to a set of KPIs within a regional business unit • Knowledge of logistical and operational planning • Experience of driving change and organisational transformation • Industry relevant qualifications • Formal Hard FM qualification, NEBOSH or IOSH Managing Safely certification desirable • Proven Facilities Management experience at a similar level, with extensive experience in Facilities Management • Excellent customer service experience; customer services qualification or equivalent desirable • Competent working knowledge of M&E or Fabric disciplines • Computer literate in Word, Excel, and Outlook
