📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day in-life customer fleet operations • Ensure vehicles are maintained, compliant, available, and cost-effective • Act as the primary operational contact for customers and suppliers • Manage vehicle maintenance, compliance, vehicles off road, hire vehicles, accidents, and breakdowns • Monitor supplier performance and manage supplier relationships • Deliver operational reporting, KPIs, and SLAs • Identify service improvements and operational cost reductions • Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders • Support supplier onboarding and supplier governance activities • Conduct supplier and client review meetings • Monitor fleet expenditure and identify cost-saving opportunities • Support customer in-life spend and vehicle pricing activities • Analyse supplier and network costs and recommend efficiency improvements • Maintain accurate fleet records and documentation in line with GDPR requirements • Produce reporting, forecasting, and operational updates • Provide data and insights for operational decision-making and continuous improvement • Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, Account Management, Customer Service, and supplier networks

🎯 Requirements

• Experience within fleet management, fleet operations, or a similar operational environment • Experience managing complex fleet operations and vehicle compliance requirements • Understanding of supplier performance management and service delivery frameworks • Proven experience managing supplier and customer relationships • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to analyse operational data and identify improvement opportunities • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities • Experience working independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word • Full UK driving licence
