📋 Description

• Lead one of Parexel's strategic FSP customer relationships as the primary executive account leader • Oversee account-level operational delivery, including team management, resource allocation, quality control, and project efficiency • Develop and execute resourcing plans and ensure high-quality deliverables across the FSP customer portfolio • Drive financial performance and margin improvement through budget management, cost monitoring, resource allocation, revenue generation, and cost savings • Provide strategic direction to functional and program leads on margin optimization and profitability targets • Lead, develop, and motivate teams through technical support, performance reviews, training plans, and continuous improvement • Establish and monitor KPIs, analyze operational performance, and generate executive account summaries • Drive operational excellence through best practices, standard operating procedures, and data-driven decision-making • Serve as the primary account contact for the FSP customer and participate in governance meetings with customer and internal stakeholders • Align Parexel capabilities with customer pipelines, products, strategic priorities, and satisfaction goals • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing FSP accounts • Lead repeat business initiatives, including RFP responses, and collaborate with Commercial Account Leads and FSP Solution Consultants to drive account growth

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of significant leadership experience within clinical research organizations, pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology companies, FSP environments, or other healthcare research organizations • Demonstrated success leading large, matrixed, and geographically dispersed teams • Experience managing strategic customer relationships at senior and executive levels • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, profitability management, and resource planning • Proven experience driving operational performance across complex portfolios, programs, or business units • Experience supporting business development activities, proposals, and client presentations • Strong analytical, negotiation, influencing, and decision-making skills • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Advanced ability to develop and motivate teams, conduct performance management, and foster continuous improvement • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills with a client-focused approach • Ability to present to executive-level audiences and leverage data and analytics for strategy and performance decisions • Preferred: advanced degree (MBA, MS, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent) • Preferred: extensive FSP leadership experience • Preferred: deep knowledge of global clinical development and clinical operations • Preferred: broad therapeutic area expertise • Preferred: experience with major pharmaceutical and biotechnology customers • Knowledge of CTMS, EDC, EDMS, IWRS/IRT platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
