📋 Description

• Develop and deliver the Global Sustainable Operations strategy and business plan with global and regional leadership • Design and implement the global platform delivery model to meet client needs, delivery and quality targets • Develop account delivery plans supporting client retention, cross-selling, client satisfaction and account growth • Develop an innovative Sustainable Operations product strategy for the region and/or market vertical • Lead a solution-oriented regional Sustainable Operations team and drive leading-edge best practices • Partner with client-facing, sales, TSSO leadership, platform and Sustainable Operations Excellence teams • Drive consistent regional delivery, reporting requirements, policies and procedures • Develop the regional business growth strategy and identify client and service growth opportunities • Lead, grow, hire, onboard, develop and mentor sustainability practitioners • Diversify and develop the workforce with a focus on technology • Maintain relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders • Ensure service execution, client satisfaction and target achievement • Mobilize and transition new client accounts • Oversee account P&L, revenue forecasting, cost control, expenditures and financial metrics • Manage cost-to-serve and profit metrics for the regional Sustainable Operations business

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to lead large and diverse teams and steer partners and collaborators through influence • Background in sustainability in the commercial real-estate environment, including energy efficiency, water and waste reduction, social value, carbon accounting and reporting, energy procurement, and holistic corporate sustainability initiatives • Strong experience with sophisticated enterprise customers and multi-regional complex organizations facing multi-constituent sustainability challenges • Experience designing, aligning and successfully executing significant transformation change initiatives from project start to finish • Commercially and financially astute, with strong experience managing a P&L within a Fortune 500 environment • Excellent analytical and program management skills • Experience working in a matrix leadership structure and building strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups • Exceptional communication skills and ability to articulate messages to varied audiences • Strong ethical standards, excellence, collaboration, strategic execution, decisiveness and authentic leadership • Project management skills, including structuring, staffing and managing projects and teams • Ability to lead multiple diverse teams across a large region and locations • Strong financial acumen and commercial mindset
