• Develop and deliver the Global Sustainable Operations strategy & business plan • Create a solution-oriented environment focused on delivering client value • Partner with Client-Facing and Sales teams for renewal strategies • Drive consistency of Sustainable Operations delivery across the region • Develop a culture focused on clients, people and teamwork
🎯 Requirements
• Strong combination of operations leadership experience • Background in Sustainability in the commercial real-estate environment • Strong experience with sophisticated enterprise customers • Experience in designing, aligning and successfully executing transformation change initiatives • Excellent analytical and program management skills • Experience working in a matrix leadership structure and building strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
