📋 Description

• Deliver Safe to Operate and Compliance Audits across the female Emerging Talent Centres and, where required, the male Academy pathway. • Manage logistics and operations for the PGAAC team in organising and facilitating Club Audits for the Female Talent Pathway. • Support the end-to-end Audit process for Clubs and Audit teams. • Organise and manage Club Action Plans, including submission and review. • Communicate and liaise with Clubs and stakeholders as a professional front-line contact. • Notify Clubs of Audit visits, review documentation and evidence, and compile post-audit reports. • Track completion of outstanding Action Plans and communicate with Clubs and the PGAAC team. • Maintain and update the Audit Schedule in liaison with the Senior Auditor. • Support quality assurance reporting and meet Audit report distribution timelines. • Arrange accommodation and travel for Club visits and meetings. • Support IT Systems management. • Collate data for the Audit process and stakeholder meetings. • Present findings to Club staff in a developmental way.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working remotely and as part of a multidisciplinary team. • Experience supporting a team through administrative and clerical work, including holding the team accountable to deadlines. • Experience managing multiple communications within a multidisciplinary team. • Experience in elite sports environments, essentially female and/or male football development pathways. • Knowledge of development programmes with young athletes, desirable but not required. • Strong IT skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programmes. • Ability to handle confidential information and exercise discretion. • Clear and confident written and spoken communication skills. • Ability to present findings to Club staff developmentally. • Ability to combine big-picture thinking with advanced attention to detail. • Strong time management, organisational skills, and ability to meet deadlines. • Team-oriented approach and understanding of values and collaboration. • High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills; seeks and acts on feedback. • Ability to build trust, listen to perspectives, and understand individual and group motivations. • Commitment to safeguarding and suitability assessment for work involving children and adults who may be at risk of harm. • CV and cover letter required for application.
