📋 Description

• Develop and maintain commercial reporting frameworks covering pipeline, bookings, revenue performance, customer metrics, and marketing effectiveness • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly commercial performance reports for executive leadership • Coordinate Board reporting packs with accurate, consistent commercial narratives • Analyse trends, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend performance improvements • Manage and optimise sales processes, workflows, governance, forecasting, pipeline reviews, and CRM data quality • Define KPIs, targets, and performance dashboards with Sales leaders • Support territory planning, account segmentation, and sales planning • Establish reporting for customer health, retention, renewals, expansion opportunities, and engagement metrics • Improve Customer Success objectives, lifecycle management, customer experience, and churn reduction • Track Marketing campaign performance, lead generation, conversion rates, ROI, and revenue contribution • Administer and own commercial systems, including CRM and reporting tools • Automate manual processes, maintain commercial process documentation, and drive continuous improvement • Coordinate Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and senior leadership • Support strategic commercial initiatives through analysis, planning, and execution • Facilitate performance reviews and planning cycles • Ensure alignment of metrics, definitions, and reporting across teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate insights clearly • Experience supporting multiple commercial functions, including Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing • Demonstrable experience preparing executive and Board-level reporting • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet modelling and reporting tools • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot • Strong project management and organisational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Confident communicating new ideas and challenging the status quo • Experience within a PE-backed SaaS, technology, subscription, or high-growth business environment • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker • Knowledge of revenue forecasting methodologies and commercial planning processes • Experience implementing or optimising commercial systems and processes • Experience using Co-pilot, Claude, or other AI platforms • Commercially minded, detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative, resilient, and adaptable approach
