📋 Description

• Build and operate your own business as a Territory Manager under the Yopa franchise. • Manage your own postcode territory. • Grow your business with control over your own agenda. • Value and list homes. • Manage buying and selling transactions through to completion. • Provide exceptional customer service and support customers throughout the property journey. • Generate and manage leads, including self-generated leads. • Diversify income through referral and other revenue streams. • Set commission rates with the No Sale, No Fee option. • Employ and manage your own team. • Build local visibility through marketing and sponsorship schemes. • Collaborate with regional colleagues, business owners, contact centres, and support teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in estate agency. • Proven track record in valuing and listing homes. • Ability to confidently manage the buying and selling journey through to completion. • Exceptional customer service. • Willingness to help customers outside of office hours. • Self-starter mentality and drive to build a long-term business. • Passion for owning and developing an estate agency business.
