📋 Description

• Identify and approach new customers while expanding the customer network in the region • Analyze the sales territory and identify opportunities to increase revenue among existing and new customers • Support the entire sales process, from needs analysis and preparing quotations through to order fulfillment • Develop into the primary point of contact for customers • Present innovative product, system, and service offerings during customer sales meetings • Analyze market and competitive developments with sales colleagues • Build long-term, successful customer relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in HVAC or electrical engineering, commercial training combined with industry experience, or a relevant university degree • Strong affinity for sales and a passion for customer acquisition and selling • Initial practical experience in sales or a customer-focused role • Willingness to acquire a working knowledge of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and energy technology • Business-fluent German language skills • Willingness to travel regularly • Residence within the sales territory • Excellent communication skills, initiative, and the ability to persuade
