📋 Description

• Provide strategic and operational oversight of the Victim Service and Beacon Youth Hub • Ensure the effective running and delivery of victim services • Lead and inspire staff while promoting Catch22’s values, aims and objectives • Ensure effective delivery of cope and recover services for victims and witnesses • Line-manage Caseworkers responsible for caseloads • Maintain close working relationships with Police partners, statutory services and voluntary agencies • Manage support pathways to provide a seamless, high-quality and consistent service • Contribute to the growth of Catch22’s Justice Directorate business activity • Help expand Catch22’s Victim Service footprint nationally • Work on varied projects supporting Catch22’s strategic ambition

• Passionate and experienced Head of Service • Confident, professional and creative individual with a ‘can-do’ approach • Responsive to pressure and change; flexible and adaptable to sustain performance • Ability to build and manage relationships • Ability to share knowledge and skills to deliver shared goals • Ability to work collaboratively across Catch22 • Excellent communication skills • Ability to influence key stakeholders • Ability to retain confidentiality at all times • Understanding and commitment to the needs of victims and witnesses • NPPV 2 (Police Vetting) • Enhanced DBS check
