• Be accountable for the partnership between CDW and the partner. • Lead the review of partner rebate schemes and targets. • Negotiate and execute Partner Commercial Agreements. • Maximize Partner Program Opportunity and Profitability for CDW & Sales teams. • Document and Drive Sales Accountability in an Agreed & Executed Partner Plan. • Deliver high-quality executive-level engagements. • Responsible for Partner Compliance including Accreditations, Contracts & Certifications. • Responsible for Partner ROI for investments made into CDW.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a Microsoft partner management role or equivalent in the IT Channel. • Ability to lead teams and large partner programs. • Clear and articulate communication skills • Strong intellectual capability and curiosity • Initiative and proactivity • A strong work ethic and resilience • Excellent prioritisation and time-management skills • A data-driven and analytical approach • Ability to build and leverage networks effectively • High emotional intelligence and people skills • A growth mindset and openness to learning • Strong problem-solving ability • Results-focused execution.
