📋 Description

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities to expand support services • Manage and support regulatory activities for marketing authorizations, including applications, renewals, and variations • Prepare, review, and compile documentation for regulatory affairs projects • Communicate directly with clients and Health Authorities • Support scientific advice procedures and represent clients in interactions with authorities • Plan and deliver client projects in line with KPIs, coordinating colleagues and external partners where needed • Provide regulatory strategy and procedure management guidance to clients and colleagues • Stay current with regulatory developments and share insights across the team • Deliver seminars, lectures, and knowledge-sharing sessions • Contribute to strategy implementation, process improvement, and commercial and business development activities • Support budget delivery through accurate reporting and project insight

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline • Proven experience, or clear demonstrable capability, in regulatory affairs or a similar field • Advanced knowledge and practical experience in regulatory services, ideally across human and veterinary medicinal products • Experience handling complex regulatory tasks and supporting client-facing projects • Ability to work across medicines, cosmetics, food supplements, and herbal products • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against deadlines • Analytical and structured approach with the confidence to work independently • Strong problem-solving skills with a pragmatic and service-oriented mindset • Ability to support and guide junior colleagues and lead smaller projects • Strong relationship management skills with internal teams and external clients • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently and influence decision-makers • Business fluent English
