📋 Description

• Deliver financial advisory services across complex projects and transactions • Manage allocated assignments in a client-facing role, meeting and exceeding client expectations • Own end-to-end delivery of client projects and programmes, with accountability for quality, timelines and financial targets • Support business development, including writing proposals and bids, from opportunity identification through to contracting • Delegate and coordinate the work of team members and support their development • Support management of the business unit, including pipeline and budgets • Act with integrity and in line with the firm's values

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the transport sector, either in consultancy supporting government departments, public authorities or private sector entities, or working directly within one of such organisations • Experience in either programme management or major contracts procurement • Experience managing client engagements and stakeholders • Experience supervising or developing junior team members • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Business case development, commercial structuring, or supporting bids for major infrastructure or operations contracts (desirable) • A relevant professional qualification, for example MCIPS or a recognised programme management qualification (desirable, not required)
