📋 Description

• Develop and deploy marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Flow Builder, and Automation Studio • Write and optimize SQL queries for audience segmentation, data extensions, and reporting • Use AMPScript and Handlebar scripting to personalize emails and create dynamic content blocks • Build and schedule automations for triggered campaigns and batch data operations • Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot data quality, email deliverability, and automation failures • Collaborate with marketing strategists and product management to define campaign requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Configure Marketing Cloud using Data Extensions, Contact Builder, and preference centers • Manage and implement integrations between Marketing Cloud and external systems, including CRM platforms, APIs, and SFTP • Conduct QA testing on campaigns, data logic, and dynamic content before launch • Configure and maintain Data Cloud data streams, data model objects, and identity resolution rulesets • Develop calculated insights and streaming insights in Data Cloud • Troubleshoot data ingestion and harmonization issues across connected source systems • Maintain documentation of campaign logic, automation flows, and development processes • Stay current with Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and email marketing and customer engagement best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud tools and technologies • Experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, SQL, AMPScript, and Marketing Cloud Connect • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or another related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and directly relevant work experience • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification(s), such as Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Developer, preferred • Familiarity with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and general email marketing compliance principles • Excellent organizational skills with strong ability to manage multiple projects • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret campaign metrics and user behavior • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email • Understanding of cross-client email rendering issues
