📋 Description

• Lead technical strategy and solution architecture for Payments and Enterprises opportunities with Business Development • Conduct technical discovery sessions to identify client requirements, regulatory considerations, and integration constraints • Design and present scalable solution architectures, including APIs, transaction flows, custody models, and settlement processes • Develop proof-of-concepts, implementation plans, and technical validation frameworks • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify product gaps, influence prioritisation, and improve integration experiences • Support post-sale implementations with Partnership Management • Represent Circle at industry events, technical workshops, and client engagements • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and global Solutions Engineering initiatives • Create and maintain an internal knowledge repository for existing and forthcoming products • Support the Global Solutions Engineering team with internal projects • Provide market and technical feedback to inform product strategy and roadmap prioritisation

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in roles such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Product Manager • Preferably experience in Payments, FinTech, B2B SaaS, Web3, or blockchain infrastructure • Ability to translate complexity into simplicity • Strong communication and storytelling skills • Client-centric approach and dependable partnership with sales, client success, and product/technology teams • History of designing and validating technical solutions, especially for large enterprises • Hands-on experience with API testing, database querying, and sketching technical flows • Proven experience working alongside developers on SaaS product integration and development • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in fast-paced environments • Preferred: prior team management experience • Preferred: experience with blockchain infrastructure, stablecoins, tokenized assets, or digital custody solutions • Preferred: familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations relevant to the EMEA Payments industry • Expected availability for regular travel up to 25% across the EMEA region
