📋 Description

• Build and improve AI support agents, including their instructions, workflows, and knowledge • Test agent answers for accuracy and clarity, fix errors, and record learnings • Investigate customer problems requiring human support using logs, code tools, and monitoring data • Write and update help articles for customers and agents • Report bugs and incidents and provide customers with clear, timely updates during incidents • Share customer feedback with Product and Engineering • Meet response targets on owned cases • Accurately describe product capabilities and limitations without overselling • Join the on-call rotation • Work with a global Support Engineering team across North America, Asia Pacific, and Europe

🎯 Requirements

• 2 or more years in technical product support or software engineering • Hands-on use of AI tools at work, including writing clear instructions, reviewing results, and taking responsibility for them • Experience building or testing AI agents or workflows • Experience finding the cause of problems in cloud or distributed systems and reading logs to trace failures • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including tools such as kubectl • Experience supporting self-hosted or on-premises software, including tools such as Helm and support bundles • Hands-on experience with build, test, and deploy automation • Experience writing automated tests and setting up a CI/CD pipeline • Knowledge of iOS application testing and code signing • Working knowledge of CI/CD, Git, and the Linux command line • Ability to write scripts to reproduce problems • Knowledge of networking and security basics • Experience troubleshooting SSO, OAuth, and access controls • Experience with identity providers and code-hosting sign-in • Clear writing and speaking, with the ability to explain technical ideas to different audiences • Experience working across time zones with clear handoffs • Nice to have: experience with infrastructure as code such as Terraform • Nice to have: experience with tracing and monitoring tools • Nice to have: experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, including OIDC trust policies • Nice to have: experience with self-hosted build runners or Windows, macOS, or Arm build environments • Nice to have: experience with security response, including CVE triage, certificate problems, or abuse reports
