📋 Description

• Act as the internal market domain expert, advising Product Teams on legislative and regulatory requirements, emerging customer needs, and market drivers • Act as the internal product expert, advising Sales on product capabilities, limitations, and use cases for pre-sales and commercial conversations • Ensure accurate and credible product representation in demos, proposals, and solution discussions • Advise Project Management on product capabilities, configuration options, and best-practice usage for implementation and delivery • Support resolution of complex customer issues by diagnosing root causes and identifying solutions or workarounds • Assist with testing new features, test acceptance criteria, high-level regression testing, and high-complexity areas • Maintain relationships with core customers as a trusted product contact • Support account ownership transitions, continuity, and knowledge transfer • Consolidate customer requests, feedback, and insights into themes and opportunities for roadmap decisions • Collaborate with Product Management, Technical Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Projects, and Support • Contribute to product documentation, FAQs, enablement materials, and internal guidance

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Specialist, Associate Product Manager, Solutions Consultant, or similar role within a software or technology environment • Strong understanding of the product domain, marketplace, and competitive landscape • Strong understanding of software products, product lifecycles, and how products are sold, delivered, and supported • Demonstrated ability to communicate product capabilities clearly in commercial, delivery, and support contexts • Experience working closely with Sales, Project Management, and Support teams in a customer-facing environment • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesise customer feedback into structured, actionable insights • Experience delivering product training, demos, or enablement materials to internal stakeholders • Excellent communication and relationship-management skills • Confident and collaborative approach • Highly organised and proactive • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously • Customer-centric mindset with strong product ownership and accountability
