📋 Description

• Develop sales opportunities by scheduling appointments and demos between (prospective) customers and Sales Directors • Target prospects through the provided monthly marketing campaigns • Contact potential customers through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn, reaching 60-80 account touches per day • Strategically identify titles within accounts to align their needs with our appropriate products/services and ICPs • Ensure successful follow-through and tracking of the sales cycle by keeping SFDC accurate and up to date • Stay up to date with new products/solutions • Work in close collaboration with Account Directors to deliver impactful outreach to prospects • Achieve monthly quota

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication skills (listening & verbal & written) • Achievement driven (performance focused) • Strong organizational skills (daily and weekly planning) • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce, LinkedIn, 6sense, SalesLoft preferred, Zoom Info, Sales Navigator) • Ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive • Able to work independently and reliably while also developing strong working relationships within the broader Sales and Marketing teams • Strong interpersonal skills (ability to purposely capitalize upon relationships) • Track record of achieving measurable monthly lead development/sales goals • Previous SaaS or Healthcare industry experience/knowledge a plus, but not required
