📋 Description

• Understand customer requirements and translate them into robust, scalable Java-based solutions • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and infrastructure tooling supporting the distributed systems platform • Collaborate with product and infrastructure engineers to deliver features end-to-end • Contribute to the reliability and performance of systems handling AI inference pipelines, distributed training, storage orchestration, and GPU scheduling workloads • Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement of engineering practices

🎯 Requirements

• Solid hands-on experience with Java development and the JVM ecosystem • Familiarity with distributed systems concepts and cloud-native environments • Experience working with or around Kubernetes, containerization (Docker), or related infrastructure tooling • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, early-stage environment • Clear communication skills • Experience with GitOps workflows or tools such as Flux or ArgoCD is nice to have • Exposure to GPU scheduling, ML infrastructure, or high-performance computing environments is nice to have • Familiarity with open-source contribution practices is nice to have • Experience in a startup or early-stage company setting is nice to have • Must have work authorization to work in the United States • Visa sponsorship is not available
