📋 Description

• Identify potential customers and research their financial needs • Drive customer meetings for financial advisors through outbound emails and phone calls • Identify the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate resources and next steps • Facilitate the experience through our sales funnel, ensuring client needs are met as they’re connected with Financial Advisors, tax professionals, and other members of our team • Conduct ad hoc projects that improve Compound's lead generation playbook

🎯 Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills • Openness to coaching and training • A self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a team • Proficient in Salesforce and other relevant sales tools • Experience in wealth management and personal finance • Experience working directly with high-net worth individuals, preferred
