📋 Description

• Assist customers and ensure top-notch service quality. • Use various in-house IT systems to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. • Deliver services on behalf of our clients via telephone, handling a variety of customer queries and challenges every day. • Participate in a training program lasting six weeks, without leave during July & August. • Work from home with all equipment provided to support delivering high levels of customer service.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages - this is an essential requirement. • Previous experience in delivering excellent customer service, with a commitment to providing quality customer service. • Ability to work as part of a team, with a positive outlook and high energy. • Proficiency in PC use, including MS Office applications like Outlook, Word, and Excel. • Enthusiasm for developing new knowledge and skills, we will provide full training but having previous retail, hospitality or any other customer service experience is required.
