📋 Description

• Lead and manage multiple projects of varying complexity within the Automation portfolio • Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive project plans, schedules, resource plans, and budgets • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria • Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with business objectives • Oversee the project budget and its allocation • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance project delivery methods • Build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts • Establish and manage communication plans covering project status, risks, and key milestones • Facilitate project meetings, decision-making sessions, and governance reviews • Escalate critical risks, issues, or delays to senior leadership • Serve as Change Owner for project-related changes within governance processes • Prepare and present change proposals to Governance Boards • Lead preparation, submission, and approval of Change Control Records (CCRs) • Ensure adherence to the Convatec Quality Management System, relevant SOPs, and regulatory requirements • Maintain project documentation, decision logs, and audit-ready records throughout the project lifecycle • Collaborate with global teams to deliver automation projects supporting operational excellence, innovation, and business resilience

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects while meeting timelines and budget requirements • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks • Experience working with stakeholders across multiple functions, geographies, and organizational levels • Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and resource management • Strong risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and drive projects forward with minimal supervision • Familiarity with stage-gate project models and structured project delivery frameworks • Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and good documentation practices • Experience within regulated industries is highly desirable • Knowledge of Medical Device Regulations and Design Control principles is considered an advantage • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Project Management, or a related field • PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP (Project Management Professional), or equivalent project management certification preferred • English required (written and verbal)
