📋 Description

• Lead client interactions and collaborate with internal staff to execute successful implementations of technology transfer software • Manage multiple implementation projects concurrently • Configure Wellspring’s software system and transition client data during enterprise software implementations • Collaborate with clients, business development, and project managers from project planning through execution and system delivery • Perform basic Salesforce configurations, including permissions, fields, and data importing • Manage data migration processes with internal teams • Gather client requirements and translate them into solutions • Troubleshoot software configuration and data reconciliation issues • Track project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication • Provide client training and documentation on software functionality

🎯 Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom • Salesforce experience, including configurations, customization, and training • Salesforce Administrator certification preferred • Project Management background preferred, including PMP certifications • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • 2-4 years of experience as a solution consultant, data analyst, or leading enterprise software implementations • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Beginner to intermediate Excel knowledge • Industry experience in B2B software • Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred • Background in providing solutions for academic institutions, research hospitals, or industrial R&D preferred
