📋 Description

• Develop and execute a regional business development plan • Manage and optimise sales efforts to maximise profitability and achieve key KPIs • Build and maintain a dynamic sales pipeline, including Business Development Plans (BDPs) • Identify and create new sales and value-added service opportunities with existing and potential customers • Grow sales across all product categories (specialties and commodities) and services (including blends) • Proactively manage pricing and margins • Collaborate effectively within Brenntag’s matrix structure, influencing without direct authority • Recommend new products for Brenntag’s Agro portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Agronomy or equivalent • Multiple years of sales experience in the agricultural industry • Proven success in an international work environment • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Analytical and conceptual thinker with cultural sensitivity • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work independently • Ability to collaborate and influence in a matrix organisation • Excellent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
