• Independently manage the entire sales process – from initial contact to successful deal closure • Handle and qualify inbound and outbound leads, and proactively acquire new customers through cold outreach • Conduct initial discovery calls to identify needs and hold persuasive closing calls with decision-makers in the B2B environment • Maintain, document, and systematically manage all sales activities in the CRM system • Build and maintain long-term vendor relationships and actively network within the industry • Work closely with Customer Success for structured handovers and successful implementation of new customers • Participate in events and conferences to acquire customers and position CopeCart in the market
• Completed vocational training or degree – e.g., Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or comparable field • 2–3 years of professional experience in sales, ideally in digital B2B SaaS, FinTech, or e-commerce environments • Proven experience in inbound and outbound sales • Confident use of CRM systems, ideally HubSpot • Structured, independent, and performance-oriented working style • Strong communicator, persuasive, and skilled in negotiation • Very good German language skills and solid English skills, both written and spoken
