• 5+ years’ experience in business development or sales within refrigeration, cold chain, or related sectors. • Proven “hunter” profile with strong new business acquisition track record. • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing long, complex sales cycles. • Experience working with OEMs, contractors, or end-users in refrigeration or food retail. • Ability to operate independently across multi-country markets. • Fluent in English and German.
