• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Territory Sellers across assigned regions or market segments. • Provide day-to-day sales leadership to ensure achievement of revenue, growth, and profitability targets. • Support the development and execution of robust sales strategies designed to consistently win business opportunities. • Mentor and guide team members in customer engagement, opportunity management, and sales execution. • Participate in high-opportunity customer pursuits and strategic sales discussions when required. • Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to support long-term business growth. • Ensure pricing strategies and customer discounting align with defined margin and EBITDA objectives. • Identify market trends, customer needs, and commercial opportunities to strengthen competitive positioning. • Collaborate closely with Technical Specialists to improve alignment between sales and technical support functions. • Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and customer-focused sales culture. • Monitor team performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives where necessary.
• Proven experience in a sales leadership or first-line sales management role. • Strong background in technical sales or experience working within a technically focused industry, ideally with HVAC, refrigeration, industrial, or engineering-related markets. • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop successful sales teams. • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing pricing and margin expectations. • Ability to engage confidently with customers at both commercial and technical levels. • Experience supporting complex or strategic sales pursuits. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams. • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on team development and business growth. • Experience leading regional or territory-based sales teams (preferred). • Experience working within a matrix or multinational organization (preferred). • Strong understanding of sales performance management and pipeline development (preferred). • Experience implementing sales process improvements and strategic account planning (preferred). • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technical, or related discipline preferred.
