📋 Description

• Provide dedicated project management for global implementations of Cority’s EHS and Quality software systems • Manage multiple large and complex projects with diverse stakeholders • Manage all project phases according to the Cority Implementation Methodology • Ensure completion of deliverables defined by the methodology and customer project plan • Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships • Manage client expectations regarding effort, duration, and project costs • Work with the Cority sales team to identify customer requirements and support accurate engagement scoping • Facilitate change orders and associated effort and cost • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of Professional Services Consultants, Developers, and client resources • Manage change processes and communicate client impact • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules • Monitor and control deliverables, budgets, and timelines • Identify, document, and mitigate project risks and issues • Hold status meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders • Identify opportunities to accelerate project progress

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Business, IT, or related field • PMP designation will be given special consideration • EHSQ experience will be given special consideration • Experience with creation of Statements of Work and associated effort and cost preferred • Self-starter and fast learner able to work in a fast-paced environment • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project • Proven leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined project delivery environment • Passion for excellence • Ability to quickly develop a technical understanding of solutions for customers • Willingness to travel (5%) • Background in project management • Preferably software experience in a client-facing role
