• Lead, coach, recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a team of Oncology Key Account Managers. • Establish performance expectations, provide feedback, and manage performance through coaching and reviews. • Conduct regular field coaching visits and improve selling capabilities and business performance. • Achieve regional revenue objectives, brand performance goals, and commercial targets. • Develop and execute regional and local business plans focused on priority accounts and customer engagement. • Translate national brand strategies into regional execution and consistent customer messaging. • Analyze performance data, market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities. • Provide regional forecasts, identify risks and opportunities, and communicate updates to National Sales Leadership. • Oversee priority oncology accounts and support account strategies that drive appropriate product utilization. • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Trade, Commercial Operations, and Sales Leadership. • Manage regional budgets and evaluate commercial investment returns. • Ensure CRM documentation, forecasting, expense reporting, training, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. • 10+ years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or specialty healthcare sales experience. • Demonstrated success achieving sales objectives in a complex healthcare environment. • Prior people leadership experience preferred, including direct management, field coaching, training leadership, or demonstrated sales leadership responsibility. • Experience leading customer-facing teams and driving consistent execution across a geographic region. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Ability to travel 50–70%, including overnight travel. • Must reside within the assigned region or be willing to relocate prior to start. • Prior oncology sales leadership experience preferred. • Experience with product launches, relaunches, acquired brands, or specialty pharmaceutical commercialization preferred. • Experience with buy-and-bill products, specialty distribution, hospital systems, and IDN accounts preferred. • Established relationships within oncology communities and healthcare systems preferred. • Strong coaching, talent development, and performance management capabilities. • Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights. • Strong oncology clinical and commercial understanding. • Ability to translate national strategy into regional execution. • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills. • Ability to lead through influence and collaborate cross-functionally. • Commitment to ethical selling practices and regulatory compliance.
