• Own outbound prospecting and campaign execution • Build and run outbound campaigns across target accounts, verticals, and buyer personas • Research companies and identify the most relevant stakeholders to engage • Create high-quality outreach copy tailored by role, industry, use case, and trigger • Develop messaging that is concise, commercial, and relevant rather than generic • Execute outreach across email, LinkedIn, sequencing tools, and other relevant channels • Represent Conveo at events around the world to identify and nurture new leads • Create and maintain high-quality account and contact lists aligned to our ICP • Manage structured follow-up for leads generated through events, field marketing, and content activity • Ensure warm prospects are engaged quickly and effectively after every event or campaign
• Experience in outbound prospecting, business development, or pipeline generation • Strong written communication and copywriting skills • Confidence identifying and engaging senior stakeholders • Ability to research accounts and tailor outreach intelligently • Highly organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once • Comfortable working at pace in a high-growth environment
