📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Java-based applications • Translate business needs into functional specifications, system design documents, and user stories • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements • Drive development of software solutions and align business requirements with technical implementation • Collaborate with national and international IT team members on technical or functional solutions • Develop test plans, scenarios, and scripts to validate application functionality and performance • Work with QA teams to identify and resolve defects • Create and maintain business requirements, technical specifications, user manuals, and release notes • Facilitate release management, deployment planning, operational coordination, and post-release support • Manage relationships with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors • Identify innovation and process-optimization opportunities • Advise senior management of issues affecting the department or its security • Comply with company policies, procedures, work instructions, and legal/regulatory requirements • Follow ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and Good Distribution Practice requirements • Complete required training and maintain role competence • Maintain accurate, complete, and timely records • Report deviations, incidents, non-conformances, environmental incidents, and other concerns • Support effective operation and continual improvement of company processes • Cooperate with internal and external audits • Take action to prevent errors, product quality issues, environmental impacts, and risks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in a technical environment, with a focus on Java application development • In-depth knowledge of database concepts and experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or SQL Server • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a matrix organization • Proficiency in requirements elicitation, documentation, and management using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar • Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments, including command line navigation and basic scripting, preferred • Familiarity and knowledge of development frameworks and methodologies such as Scrum and Agile • Proficiency in version control systems like Git and platforms such as GitLab and Jira • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment • Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) and/or project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus
