📋 Description

• Carry out corrective and preventative maintenance on Cubic equipment • Respond quickly to repair equipment and follow maintenance procedures • Embrace training and continuous improvement • Minimise downtime during fault callouts • Assist with equipment installations • Comply with Health and Safety and quality standards • Handle equipment module delivery and collections • Assist with Management lead project work • Deputise for the Field Service Team Leader when appropriate • Carry out vehicle stock checks • Follow company policies and procedures • Maintain assigned vehicle and FORs accreditation • Maintain and repair Cubic equipment on Transport for London and National Rail infrastructure • Provide exemplary customer service • Work with transportation technologies including automated fare collection and contactless payments

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience in a technical service/maintenance environment • Engineering qualification • Strong customer service and communication skills • UK driving license • HNC or equivalent in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering (desirable) • Experience with SLA-driven contracts (desirable) • Must work a permanent night shift role with 4x4 night schedule • Must maintain assigned vehicle and FORs accreditation
