📋 Description

• Influence and execute a UK channel sales strategy focused on partner-led revenue growth. • Leverage our existing distribution and reseller network to expand market reach and activate new opportunities. • Build, manage and grow high value partner relationships that produce qualified pipeline and closed revenue. • Generate sales enablement material for partners. • Enable partners to sell CybSafe successfully through training, joint selling, messaging support and field engagement. • Run partner campaigns, events and go to market initiatives with marketing and sales. • Drive accurate forecasting and pipeline management across CRM and PRM. • Lead partner business reviews and ensure clear accountability against revenue targets. • Represent the voice of channel partners internally and influence our channel programme and strategy. • Travel to key partners, customers and industry events as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 or more years of channel sales or partnership management experience in SaaS or (ideally) cybersecurity. • A proven record of exceeding revenue targets and delivering measurable business impact. • A hunter mindset with strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills and confidence in the field. • Excellent communication and relationship building abilities with partners and internal teams. • The strategic mindset and capability necessary to turn our channel goals into a measurable and sequenced plan of action. • A process-orientated, step by step approach to engaging, onboarding and enabling partners. • Experience defining channel KPIs and using them to steer predictable partner performance. • Developing and delivering partner marketing, enablement and training materials. • A self starter attitude, an ownership mindset and the ability to operate at pace in a scaling business. • Experience selling into mid market and enterprise environments. • Familiarity with CRM and PRM tools and a disciplined approach to forecasting and pipeline hygiene.
