📋 Description

• Support customer-facing discussions from a technical perspective • Partner with business, pre-sales, and delivery teams to understand customer technical requirements • Plan, configure, and support cloud-based deployments of Genedata products • Contribute to IT infrastructure validation activities at customer sites • Support the Operational IT and Product teams to design, develop, and evolve cloud architectures

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in cloud, infrastructure, or systems engineering or similar roles • Strong hands-on expertise across Linux/Unix and Windows environments • Proven experience in a service or technical communications role • Practical experience with DevOps and infrastructure automation in distributed production environments • Deep hands-on experience designing and deploying applications on AWS; AWS certification is strongly preferred • Nice to have: Experience with service operations, ITSM/helpdesk tooling, and customer-facing technical delivery in regulated or enterprise environments
