📋 Description

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase market visibility, improve engagement and drive demand • Develop marketing plans with the Market Development team focused on business objectives and demand generation • Qualify leads after marketing activities and ensure sales-team follow-up to drive new funnel opportunities • Build and execute marketing communication campaigns, including event/webinar organisation, direct mail promotion and social media campaigns • Drive demand generation through lead production and a funnel-based approach resulting in revenue growth • Manage and control the budget assigned to marketing tactics • Conduct post-campaign reviews with stakeholders across internal functions and capture and apply results and learnings

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in marketing communications, ideally in a B2B sector • Track record of successful executed integrated marketing campaigns • Experience in event management, direct mail and social media marketing • Strong organisational skills • Ability to take responsibility and initiative • Innovative, solution-oriented thinking • Strong attention to detail • Good verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills • Ability to start ASAP • Ability to travel internationally where needed (maximum 10% of time) • Previous experience in lead qualification and management in Salesforce.com is a plus
