📋 Description

• Help decide how the TrustedHousesitters brand evolves as it enters larger markets • Act as a leader within the TrustedHousesitters creative studio • Take always-on paid social campaigns from concept to delivery • Lead independent creative ideas and coordinate small groups, typically with a copywriter • Present strong, goal-focused concepts to the senior team • Bring the brand to life through motion, animation, and video • Lead motion work across the studio • Support larger brand activation briefs, including photography, motion shoots, and events • Support the Marketing Design Lead on major brand campaign moments • Develop and evolve the brand look and feel • Design campaign visuals and digital content across paid, organic, and owned channels • Prototype quickly and iterate using modern workflows, including generative AI tools • Lead the studio on tooling • Optimise creative using performance data and insights • Provide peer feedback and light-touch mentoring to junior studio members

🎯 Requirements

• Senior, hands-on marketing design experience • Ability to lead creative ideas and bring goal-focused concepts to senior stakeholders • Ability to create bold, distinctive advertising while maintaining customer trust • Experience taking work from initial concept through final artwork delivery • Experience with paid social and acquisition creative • Motion, animation, and video skills • Experience supporting photography, motion shoots, and events • Experience developing and evolving brand identity and visual systems • Experience designing campaign visuals and digital content for social, video, landing pages, and UGC • Experience with modern prototyping workflows and generative AI tools • Ability to use performance data to optimise creative and advertise to ideal customer profiles • Ability to provide peer feedback and mentor junior studio members • Must be based in the UK and comply as a UK tax resident
