📋 Description

• Autonomously manage multiple parallel enablement roadmaps • Build and manage enablement systems, content repositories, and reporting to ensure trainer consistency • Track enablement impact and adoption • Own onboarding for new Trainers, reducing ramp time and ensuring readiness across geographies • Translate product updates into communications that drive customer adoption and early order behavior • Convert tool and internal process updates into structured learning for workflow adoption • Apply enablement best practices to maintain a high-quality Trainer experience and strong operational outcomes • Build scalable coaching and development systems for frontline leaders to coach, certify, and develop Trainers • Serve as the primary onboarding partner for the US team while supporting international teams • Develop project plans and drive strategic prioritization for new initiatives • Combine cross-functional training resources into actionable outputs for training teams • Deliver high-quality onboarding and enablement sessions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer onboarding, adult learning, sales enablement, or a fast-paced operational field • Ability to set and drive enablement prioritization with senior leadership • Proven ability to organize messy cross-functional inputs, map optimal workflows, and build structured strategies • Ability to independently drive initiatives with high autonomy • Experience managing change through influence across diverse, cross-functional, and cross-regional stakeholder groups • Experience understanding operational infrastructure and supporting scaling teams • Experience curating a learning management system, company intranet, or resource library • Experience in the dental industry • Experience enabling teams across US and international markets and adapting programs for geographies, cultures, and time zones • Comfort and enthusiasm using AI technologies to optimize, automate, and accelerate output and content synthesis • Ability to work US-based hours
