📋 Description

• Lead and own Deel HR expansion within the DACH Region • Create pipeline across AEs, AMs, SDRs, Partners, Marketing and more • Grow and own targeted account list and direct pipeline • Manage the customer buying journey from start to finish, providing guidance and subject matter expertise • Meet or exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets • Qualify and understand client requirements to adapt solutions and meet their needs • Maintain CRM with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of sales experience • Ideally, previous experience in HR tech sales • Proven track record of developing a greenfield territory, executing across the full sales cycle, and adding net new logos • Experience in cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction • Desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility • Fluent in German and English • Keep CRM system up to date with customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data
