📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end implementations for enterprise customers, owning platform configuration across Degreed platform solutions • Facilitate discovery workshops defining learning strategy, AI use cases, and measurable outcomes • Partner with Technical Consultants on integration strategy, including SSO, HRIS feeds, and content integrations • Monitor implementation health, surface risks early, and manage escalations with minimal oversight • Own project plans, RAID logs, and executive status reporting • Manage scope and change requests across technical, functional, and business audiences • Identify opportunities for expanded services or additional platform adoption with the Revenue team • Run project retrospectives and convert lessons learned into delivery improvements • Mentor Implementation Consultants on configuration, delivery practices, and client communication • Build reusable playbooks and enablement content • Contribute at least one tested AI-driven delivery or client-experience improvement idea per quarter • Advocate for data hygiene practices supporting reliable AI-assisted analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Strong track record steering complex implementations and managing direct delivery for large-scale enterprise clients in professional services • Ability to coordinate initiatives and own multiple concurrent workstreams across functional, technical, and business stakeholders • Proven expertise directing multi-stream SaaS initiatives during sophisticated rollouts • Fluency translating platform capabilities into business strategy for VP- and C-level audiences • Working knowledge of LMS, LXP, content providers, skills platforms, and HRIS data exchange • Understanding of AI-enabled feature use cases and measurable success criteria within enterprise governance frameworks • Proficiency identifying delivery risks early and negotiating scope changes • Skill facilitating discovery sessions with client stakeholders • Proven ability to integrate AI tools into daily configuration, client-material, research, and progress-tracking tasks • Experience implementing Degreed or similar learning experience platforms is nice to have • Background in Learning & Development strategy or organizational change management is nice to have • Familiarity with HR technology ecosystems and enterprise data integrations is nice to have • Experience delivering implementations in North American and Latin American markets is nice to have • Proficiency in a language beyond English is nice to have • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is nice to have
