📋 Description

• Manage customer implementations from contract signature through to go-live. • Review project requirements and agreed scope before delivery begins. • Create and maintain Statements of Work (SOWs) and project documentation. • Lead implementation kick-offs and project workshops. • Gather and validate business and technical requirements. • Coordinate implementation activities across customers and technical teams. • Manage system integrations and delivery workstreams. • Identify and track project risks and issues. • Provide regular project updates. • Support customers through go-live and the initial post-launch phase. • Document implementation outcomes and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in Implementation Consultant, Professional Services, Technical Delivery, or similar customer-facing SaaS role. • Proven experience managing software implementations from requirements gathering through to go-live. • Strong understanding of system integrations and working with platforms like CRM, ERP, DMS, or other business systems. • Excellent project management and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities. • Confident with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to keep projects moving forward. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Comfortable working independently. • Experience within automotive technology or dealership software would be advantageous. • A proactive approach with continuous improvement mindset.
