📋 Description

• Establish and enforce delivery standards by defining and implementing best practices and frameworks • Develop detailed project plans and monitor sprint progress • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones • Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate risks • Provide clear, concise, and regular stakeholder updates • Ensure transparency and alignment across teams • Collaborate with engineering teams and business stakeholders on communication and problem-solving • Use technology knowledge to bridge technical and business teams and support informed decision-making • Support multiple ongoing and upcoming sprints within the Extended Enterprise Growth domain • Drive governed and controlled delivery of technology solutions aligned with strategic priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in technology transformation initiatives, preferably within Extended Enterprise or similar growth areas • Demonstrated expertise in delivering SAP or other ERP-based products, with a strong understanding of their implementation lifecycle • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and sprint management • Excellent risk management and problem-solving skills • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities • Ability to quickly adapt and start immediately • Commitment to a six-month engagement • Technical acumen sufficient to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and understand complex technology solutions • Must reside in the UK
