• Owning and delivering a qualified pipeline target, not just activity metrics • Defining and executing account-focused outbound strategy (who, why now, why us) • Identifying and prioritising high-value accounts and real buying signals • Engaging senior stakeholders (CTO, Head of Engineering, IT leadership) with relevant, tailored outreach • Converting cold outreach into meaningful commercial conversations, not just meetings • Working closely with leadership to shape messaging, positioning, and campaigns • Continuously improving outbound performance through testing, insight, and iteration • Maintaining a clean, structured pipeline with clear next steps and conversion logic • Challenging assumptions, bringing ideas, and raising the standard of outbound across the business
• 6+ years in B2B business development (tech/services preferred) • Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline • Comfortable selling into technical audiences • Strong commercial judgement you know what’s worth pursuing • Clear, confident communication (written and verbal) • Ability to work independently and own your number • Experience with modern outbound tools and workflows • High standards. You care about quality, not just activity
