📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain benefits for the Americas region, including healthcare, supplemental benefits, time off, leaves, retirement programs, and related offerings • Manage leave administration and accommodations for the Americas region • Lead all details of annual open enrollment for the Americas region • Oversee Workday benefits configuration, partnering with HRIT and HR Operations • Manage benefits compliance, including annual testing and filings such as ACA, 401(k) audits, retirement plan testing, FSA testing, employee notices, and 5500s • Ensure plan documents, communications, intranet, benefits records, and regulatory reports remain current and compliant • Monitor, analyze, and recommend changes to benefits structures and policies for competitiveness, compliance, and cost-effectiveness • Partner with offshore shared services teams to deliver HR and benefits administration while managing service levels, escalations, and stakeholder expectations • Expand process and procedure documentation and maintain internal and external knowledge articles

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline • 8–12 years of industry experience • 2–5 years of previous management or lead experience • Established background and extensive knowledge in United States and Canada benefits, retirement, leave, time-off, and well-being programs • Supervisory and/or management experience overseeing benefits and leaves analysts • Knowledge of benefits design, implementation, leave administration, and maintenance • Good writing, communication, customer service, and analytical skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, plan schedules, solve problems, and arrange activities to accomplish objectives • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including strong Excel, Smartsheet, and presentation skills • Experience with SharePoint, ServiceNow, Workday, and ADP • Strong project management experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously • Knowledge of self-funded/self-insured plans is a plus • Additional country benefits experience is a plus • Ability to travel 0–5%
