📋 Description

• Identify, target and acquire potential clients in industrial segment, mainy automotive or similar industries • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within industrial organizations. • Collaborate with existing clients to understand evolving needs and provide tailored solutions. • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals and contract negotiation, including project management and liaison with internal clients. • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. • Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. • Conducting regular training sessions for the sales team on products and their applications. • Providing technical support and expertise to the sales team during customer interactions and product demonstrations. • Assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies to promote products within the assigned portfolios and/or markets. • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the product range, including new launches and updates. • Delivering training sessions and product demonstrations to increase knowledge and market demand. • Building and progressing an active pipeline of opportunities for review in Quarterly Business Meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong sales and project management skills • At least 5 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in converting or similar industries / experience with OEM-s who use tapes, insulation or foam solutions in their production processes. • Excellent relationship management skills (procurement, fingers, R&D centers) • Fluent English language skills • Higher education (preferably an engineer degree, but not mandatory) • Willingness to travel (mainly West Romania, ocasionally abroad)
