• Take ownership of core People Operations topics and drive their sustainable development. • Identify weaknesses in existing people processes and eliminate manual work. • Develop reporting and dashboards for data-driven management. • End-to-end ownership of projects: responsibility from analysis and design through to implementation. • Actively contribute in a team with flat hierarchies and a high degree of personal responsibility.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in HR Operations. • HR tech affinity: experience using and optimizing HR tools such as Personio, Leapsome, SAP, or rexx. • Independence & ownership: identify tasks, prioritize sensibly, and take responsibility through to completion. • Fluent in German and English: professional working proficiency in both languages, written and spoken. • Understanding of employment law: solid understanding of legal requirements in process design. • Analytical and numbers-oriented thinking: interest in HR controlling and enjoyment in analyzing HR data.
