• Minimum 5-8 years of partnership development and/or direct sales responsibility • Proven track record in business development, sales, or nonprofit fund development, ideally in education, technology, or social impact sectors • Skilled in consultative selling and building relationships • Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable creating presentations and proposals • Experience with CRM platform management (Salesforce), proficiency in presentation design (Keynote or PowerPoint), Microsoft Excel, social media, etc. • Ability to travel to partner meetings and industry events 30-40% of the time • Valid driver’s license • Legal right to work in the United States
