📋 Description

• Develop strong relationships and generate growth with around ten client accounts • Establish a sales and loyalty strategy for key account customers • Meet key contacts within customer accounts • Understand and analyze customer needs and respond with tailored solutions • Build customer loyalty and ensure satisfaction • Identify growth opportunities within accounts • Conduct sales negotiations and anticipate contract renewals • Contribute to customer community through partnerships and events • Ensure effective coordination among Customer Success, Sales & marketing teams

🎯 Requirements

• Worked in a KAM position in the HRIS ecosystem for 4-5 years • Unfailing optimism and taste for challenge • Responsive and organized, not afraid of interacting with customers • Fluent/native in French and English
