• Acting as a strategic partner to leaders • Leading and supporting organisation-wide programmes that drive cultural change and inclusion • Using data and insights to inform strategy • Supporting and empowering staff networks and Mental Health First Aiders • Championing inclusive policies, practices, accessibility, and trauma-informed approaches • Designing and delivering learning and development initiatives • Collaborating across teams to develop engaging communications and organisation-wide events • Project managing key EDI and wellbeing initiatives
• Strong subject matter expertise in equity, diversity, inclusion and wellbeing • Experience of driving forwards organisational culture change • Strong Knowledge of key legislation, including the Equality Act 2010 • Excellent project and programme management skills • Highly effective communication skills • Strong analytical capability • Experience of co-creation and working with staff or volunteer networks is highly desirable
