📋 Description

• Build and maintain highly available, secure and scalable AWS-based infrastructure • Develop and improve infrastructure-as-code, automation and self-service tooling • Collaborate with engineering, security and DevOps teams on cloud and infrastructure best practices • Contribute to observability, monitoring and incident response practices • Apply security best practices to infrastructure and operational processes • Participate in peer code reviews and share knowledge with colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• Around 4+ years of experience working with cloud infrastructure and production services • Hands-on experience operating production workloads in AWS using DevOps best practices • Strong scripting and automation skills using Python (required), or PowerShell or Bash • Experience with Linux and/or Windows environments • Experience automating operational workloads and infrastructure on AWS • Experience with Ansible, Chef, Puppet or similar configuration management tools • Good Python scripting skills and experience with .NET, Ruby, Java or PowerShell • Understanding of CI/CD concepts, tools and pipeline design • Experience in Agile and DevOps environments • Experience supporting distributed and highly available AWS applications or services • Solid Linux administration skills and working knowledge of Windows systems • Understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, load balancing and firewalls • Experience with serverless architectures such as AWS Lambda and API Gateway • Experience participating in peer code reviews and following software engineering best practices
