âą At least 3+ years of experience in Casino Marketing or a high-touch customer-facing role within the gaming industry. âą Demonstrated success working with VIP or high-net-worth clientele. âą Established player relationships in the gaming space are a strong plus. âą Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and take initiative. âą Excellent communication and relationship management skills. âą Willingness to travel frequently and work evenings and weekends to support player needs. âą Experience operating in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment. âą Deep understanding of responsible gaming policies and regulatory compliance.
